RENoVATion of aN EXISTING 1950's brick house

The large renovation of this 1950s brick house created a spacious home to allow the family space to grow for years to come.

The project included the removal of internal walls to connect the kitchen and dining areas, and opening up the back of the house to create a new open kitchen area. A skylight was installed to increase natural light. New stacker doors were installed into the cavity in the lounge/dining area and the timber floors were replaced to match the existing flooring.

The existing garage was converted to an ensuite, WIR and home office, and a new master bedroom and family bathroom were created. An existing bedroom made way for a bathroom and sitting area/guest bedroom flowing out to the deck area.

A carport was constructed at the front of the property and the tiled roof was replaced with Colorbond.
