Alteration & renovation to terrace, Mosman

This extensive renovation to an original terrace included an update to the façade that respected both the style of the traditional exterior and the architect’s specifications. The block is narrow with access via a small lane.

The renovation included a new kitchen, polishing of existing timber floor and repainting of all interior walls and ceilings. A new steel spiral staircase leads to the former attic, now converted to an open lounge/reading area with three new skylights bathing the space in natural light.

We repainted the terrace exterior and converted the carport to a garage, creating an outdoor space on its roof. A new side path leads to a new wooden vintage-style gate.
