timber decking, Mosman

remedial works - new timber deck & balustrade

A small project in Mosman was undertaken to rectify waterproofing issues that had resulted in water damage to internal walls and ceilings.

The decking was initially stripped back and the external bi-fold doors/French doors on each level were removed. Part of the internal ceilings and walls where water damage had occurred were replaced and the affected eaves on each level were removed.

New waterproofing was put in place and the bi-fold doors/French doors were reinstated to each level. New downpipes, gutters and eaves were added and the hardwood decking on each of the three levels was replaced with a new glass balustrade added to the top level.
